THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP
A Book of Scripture
PART 1:
I - EXPERIENCING EXISTENCE
You exist.
You are experiencing existence right now.
Your experience with existence is unique to you.
Others’ experiences with existence are unique to them.
II - YOUR EXPERIENCE
You are experiencing your existence right now.
Things that shape your experience include:
Your Location
Your Choices
Others’ Choices
Things Outside of Anyone’s Control
II.a - YOUR LOCATION
You can only experience your existence
where your mind or body are located.
Changing the location of your mind or body
will change your experience.
II.b - YOUR CHOICES
You make choices.
Every choice has an outcome.
Every outcome shapes your experience.
II.c - OTHERS’ CHOICES
Other people make choices.
Their choices have outcomes.
Some of these outcomes will shape your experience.
II.d - THINGS OUTSIDE OF ANYONE’S CONTROL
Some things are outside of anyone’s control.
Some of those things will shape your experience.
PART 2:
III - CREATIVE POWER
You possess a creative power,
that is,
the power to create.
How you express your creative power
will shape your experience
and the experiences of people around you.
IV - FRIENDS
People who choose to experience existence together are friends.
The experience they share is called friendship.
V - THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP
Inside of friendships,
your friends can help amplify your creative powers
and you can help amplify theirs.
How friends express their combined creative power
will shape their experiences
and the experiences of people around them.
VI - HELP
Experiencing your existence can be difficult or overwhelming.
Ask for help when you want it.
Accept help when it’s offered.
Provide help to others when you are able.
Help is the foundation of friendship.
VII - THINKING
Think about your experience.
Think about what you think about your experience.
Think about how you use your creative power.
Think about your friendships and the friends inside them.
VIII - PEACE
When the totality of our creative expressions
allow friendship to prevail,
and help is freely given and received,
there will be
PEACE IN THE UNIVERSE
